Mixed Level Flow
Currently only offered via previously recorded classes. We roll out the yoga mat and get into the stretches and movement that our body literally aches for. You will need a towel and two yoga blocks. We will combine fluid movement and stretches that build to more and more dynamic sequences that allow you to create heat and move through any built up stress.

Office Yoga
I offer a wide-ranging practice designed to address an array of musculoskeletal concerns—from the neck and shoulder tension of desk work to the high-impact strains of working on your feet. All these moves can happen at your home or work desk or office. No need to change your clothes, by the time you’re done you’ll feel refreshed, energized and ready to take on the rest of the day.
Enjoy Office Yoga with your co-workers or just yourself.
Natal Yoga
I want every BODY to benefit from my classes, so I offer several combination pre and postnatal classes virtually live and previously recorded.
We start the class with core breath and activate the glutes to lay out the foundation for the class. We stretch and strengthen arms, shoulders and back. We find mobility in the neck and hips to ease the discomfort from sitting so much.
I have previously recorded Postnatal only options where we address the needs of the post birth body, we start the class with core to lay out the foundation for the class, once we've triggered the muscle memory we stretch and strengthen arms, shoulders and back.
Spinning Babies
I received my Spinning Babies training back in 2019 and since then have helped several women learn how to rotate their babies for birth. I can even teach you how to do the easy, non-invasive technique virtually. It is best if started around 30-34 weeks, however, it is definitely worth a try if you are closer to your due date.
