In every postnatal class we address the needs of the post birth body, we start the class with core to lay out the foundation for the class, it we've triggered the muscle memory we stretch and strengthen arms, shoulders and back. We find mobility in the neck and hips to ease the discomfort from sitting so much.

We roll out the yoga mat and get into the stretches and movement that our body literally aches for. You will need a towel and two yoga blocks. We will combine fluid movement and stretches that build to more and more dynamic sequences that allow you to create heat and move through any built up stress.
The yoga moves I really enjoy teaching are the ones that counter the posture of our day to day lives, we strengthen the back, shoulder and neck, we find more fluidity in the hips and spine. My sequences often lead you to a peak pose or transition, so you’ll start off with the foundation and by the end of class find yourself completing some strong moves.
